RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may choose to return an item(s) within three (3) days after the package is received.*

Simply request a service or send a whatsapp message to +2348169097404 to request which products you would like to return/exchange.
Our Customer Service Rep will set up a convenient time after your request to be picked up from you.
In the case of a return/exchange, the returns to us attracts no extra cost for your 1st Lulaa box of the month.** Customers are required to pay ONLY the re-delivery fee.
Subsequent returns for other items ordered during the month attract costs of returns as well as re-delivery.
Lulaa does not offer cash refunds but we can offer store credit for items returned in good condition within the stipulated period.
PRODUCT CONDITION FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items must be received in good conditions to qualify for an exchange or return.

Good condition above means -

Returned items must have all tags still on and in their original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use or wash.

Returned items must not have been altered.

In the case that a returned item is received damaged by us, your request for return/exchange will not be possible regardless of the circumstance.

SALE items or items bought with a discount code will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange regardless of circumstance. ONLY FULL PRICE items qualify for a return or exchange.

Once we have received your return, your new/replacement item will be shipped within 48 hours or you will be given Lulaa store credit which can be applied to your next order.***

Finally, for a swift and seamless process, kindly ensure that your return meets the above terms and conditions.
